About Me

We all deserve to be truly heard, seen and accepted for who we are. Without judgement, I’m here to support you through the process of therapy.

Initially, we’ll work to unpack what has brought you here today. Whether that be feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, feeling stuck in depression or learning to process difficult past experiences.

It can be hard to manage these feelings alone.

I’m here, to walk alongside you.

To sit with you in the difficult moments.

To support you in finding a way forward.

To help you live a life that feels true to yourself.

The process:

I offer a free initial 30-minute appointment. To connect, simply send a message.

Within a safe and confidential space-

 We can work to understand:

  1. What has brought you here today
  2. What is it you need from therapy
  3. What is it you need from myself
  4. What barriers are present
  5. Where is it you feel stuck

I’m here to guide you as we work to answer these questions.

Bringing with me over a decade of experience in the charity sector helping people to make positive changes.

I’ve supported individuals with Severe Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Addiction and Past Trauma, working across Birmingham.

Step by step we’ve worked towards making positive changes. Setting goals, overcoming barriers in the way and working together in achieving them.

It’s important we set goals for the work, so we have a direction.

It’s important we view this as a partnership and collaborative effort.

It’s important I support you where you are, whilst also challenging you to succeed.

It’s important I ask you for feedback and adapt the therapy so it supports you most.

What can therapy help with?

Taking the first step:

I do however wish to say, that I embrace the opportunity to walk alongside you.

Starting the process:

Or feel free to send an email enquiry.

I aim to respond within 24hrs to arrange.

Introductory Calls:

Intro calls are free of charge , 30-minutes long, and informal.

We can have a friendly discussion about what brings you here and how I can help.

Whilst also providing an opportunity to see if it feels like the right fit before deciding next steps.
